Rekan saya setengah bercanda bersyukur karena gagal saat pemilihan legislatif. ‘Gua dulu ngecap 10.000% hehe, ya harus begitu kata bos-bos partai’ – Ia berbalik sedih menendang puntung rokoknya sendiri. ‘Toh gua ngga bisa juga menuhin (janji-janjinya)’ -ada sedikit senyum. Entah senyum pahit atau lega. ‘Elu mau nyalon ngga?’, dia bingung lihat saya yang agak terpesona melihat keputus asaan sekaligus kelegaan, walau mungkin pengakuan hanyalah excuse.
Dia bukan kader Golkar. Kalo dia kader Golkar mungkin dia menyesal banget lihat usulan Dana Aspirasi DPR.
Tapi menebar ‘pork barrel’ kan haram?

Facebook is absolutely great. Saya adalah penggemarnya. Tapi ada beberapa hal yang perlu diwaspadai. Kita melihat bagaimana calon pegawai ditolak karena empunya perusahaan menilik sejarah perilaku calon pegawai dari rekaman status dan foto-foto yang di-tag, dan seterusnya. Ini adalah resiko sosial, tapi tak kurang berbahayanya adalah resiko teknis. tentang data-data yang tersimpan di facebook maupun sekarang oleh -yang disebut oleh gizmodo- adalah ekosistem facebook.

Im not a wine drinker at home -not our tradition-, mostly I am having my wine when dining out, socializing with friends. But once in a while we had glasses of wine at some celebrations. Most of the wines were gifts. Well, leftover is disgusting. So this might help if you are having same problem with me.

Guys… I found this coquettishly techie, a good friend of mine sending me this.
A Blonde goes to Bed Bath & Beyond to buy curtains.
She tells the clerk…”I would like to buy a pair of pink curtains.”
The clerk assures her that they have a large selection of pink curtains.
She shows her several patterns but the blonde seems to be having a hard time choosing. Finally she selects a lovely pink floral print.
The clerk then asks what size curtains she needs. The blonde promptly replies…”Seventeen inches”.
”Seventeen inches?” asked the clerk… “That sounds very small…What room are they for?”
The blonde says…”They aren’t for a room…They are for my new computer monitor.”
The surprised clerk replies…”But Miss, computers do not need curtains!”
The blonde says…”Hellllooooooooo…I’ve got Windoooooows… ????????”

I need a back up mobile phone, with very minimum features, call and sms only. Bunch of features only add the price and would consume unnecessary power.
Why I need a back up? Besides anticipating run out of power on the road, I’m aware of possible incident such as recent catasthrope in Padang Indonesia where power availability is critial. I could buy a car charger or spare battery for my blackberry but I learned also that its not a bad idea to have another handset with different operator, which again might be critical in emergency situation. Movie making is kind of mystery. You should try once, then you would appreciate all movies that made by heart. You always can tell which one made by heart and which one by the $ in your head.
in sketching, you imagining on paper and fine tuning your fingers, in photography, you portraiting fantasy and frame it within exposure, in film making, you feel the heart of people, little voice inside, putting them into your three dimensional world of idea.
Im surely not even amateur nor beginner.. but started to collect my pieces..
Blinkblink
I just realized, I’m sitting below the gigantic bright vivid advertising board showing slides of ads. I wonder what’s commercially different by showcasing such gigantic blinkblink ads inside than outside. Do they have real advertising value or a bit too much?
I feel a bit quiet here, leaving the blinkblink talk to herself. At least at this moment, on monday afterhours when people striving to catch up with their works. When people just came back from Hari Raya celebration and holiday. When people start to back to normal after did lots of shoppings. My pocket was drain out, said my friend. As him, I heard many of my colleagues spent all their Hari Raya bonus for shopping. Credit cards were fully recharged -bankers is smiling.
I see nobody is looking or even staring to the blinkblink. I think roll out some movie clips will be more interesting. But maybe it cost higher.
I hardly turn my neck to see what’s next. Eventhough I know there’s nothing would entertain me. But the blinkblink is always be a spot. Now they speak to herself, but when people in needs of entertainment, ambience, style to cry on, blinkblink would be an extravagant compliment. Hei.. I see somebody, I start to think, of course all of this blinkblink should be more than pixelate blinkblink, but live blinkblink, a live one, whom now already pass several time in front of me and now sit perfectly staring straight to me. Wearing her sexiest dress, talking endlessly by her mobile.
The red-yellow-blue- beam flickering to us, the pixalate blinkblink is just like crazy found a live blinkblink in front of me. Music is changing and I feel more different now. Pairs of blinkblinks are fit each others. Cheer up the ambience.
They are now on stage, time for me to go. My real blinkblink wait me at home. Guess such place will hate people like me, whom not spend any single cents but parking. I’m here for business, I’m not to that level yet, combining pleasure and business-this what they said. Or, maybe I never.
This is not such a bad advertisement of such place. This place is just great. One of the kind. You have to try the difference, it’s simply urbanite. Blinkblinks.
