Worst ingredients ever.. if you really aware of what you eat

Do you know what is the trans fat is? Calorie counter site says that it is the absolute worst ingredient your food could possibly contain.

Human isn’t designed to eat food that we mostly eat now.. Human on the other hand is designed to adapt and evolving until certain extent, but this doesn’t means that human digesting system could easily adapt to a large amount of such aliens. Humans best food is a raw fresh food.. steam ones and probably portion of sauteed meals. Now if we eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and minimize meat, frying foods etc.. we called it detox -once in a month and so on…when this should be part of every day’s life.

Try to avoid frying foods.. Its not easy. I ate my first KFC when I
was 10, my children started from 2. Until now I never get any serious
warning about this until we read or hear many publications and starting
to educate our children. The food pyramid only tell you  in general
that you must eat portion of grain, fruit and vegetables, fats and
oils, milk and dairy products, meat, bean, fish etc.  You can get your
dietitian to get you in more detail or you might end up with eating KFC
or McDonald’s with your own milk and fruit cuts.

Some popular tips are to eat raw fresh food, mostly fruit and
vegetables, nuts and beans. Avoid as much as possible frying foods.. if
you stuck with frying, use olive oils that has stronger molecules
structure. Or use new regular oils and put cuts of onion. Never recycle
oils since repetitive heat breaks the molecules and later would kill
your liver. There’s lot of really useful tips that would introduce new
paradigms to the foods we eat. In one experiment, I did improve my
blood pressure meter by 10 points without medication by replacing lunch
or dinner with lot of fresh salads everyday, only use of olive oils
plus  3-4 spoon portion of blended linseed, sunflower seed and almond..

It is funny to see how fast food dominating the food culture
nowadays, reflecting the great ignorance and commerce’s rules. In
Indonesia, you might get worst than regular fast food. Hawkers here are
selling fried bananas, potatoes etc with same oils for 3-4 days.. or
fried chicken hawkers that buy used and saturated oils from restaurant
and fast foods. You might see worst figure than fast food tables here… (link to acaloriecounter site).
